Cherie lifts the lid on her son's low salicyate lunchbox!

Lunch Box Information:

{Lift the lid Click!} Are you familiar with a low ‘salicylate’ lunchbox?

Do you know what salicylates are and what foods they are in? Do you know the symptoms or varying effects they can have on our kids?

Cherie C has kindly lifted the lid on her son’s lunchbox which is mostly low in salicylates.
Cherie shares – “My son has an intolerance to salicylates. Here is a picture of his lunch today. Chicken & garlic quinoa balls, lettuce, celery and a cherry tomato from our new tomato plant! The banana is for recess and the cheese and sultanas are his 'brain food' that has to be sent to have on their desk for the morning!!”

Feel free to share your experience and knowledge on salicylate intolerance here to help us all be better informed and more aware.

Enjoy! Share! Learn! Be Inspired!
