Choc Gem/Sprinkle/Bite-sized Fishy/Car Biscuits
Prep: 10mins
Cooking time: 12-15mins
(Nut free and egg free)

Recipe Information:

We tried these recently for a special treat and my kids called them 'sprinkle biscuits'. You can find the recipe via the amazing The Organised Housewife - 100+ freezable cookie recipe.

LTL used one portion of this biscuit dough and added Hopper rainbow natural 100’s and 1000’s. The remaining biscuit dough is in the freezer ready for the next time we need a special treat for the lunchbox or beyond.

LTL used one frozen portion of this biscuit dough and added organic choc gems to frozen slices. After 5 minutes of baking we pressed the gems into the baking biscuits with a fork.

LTL used another frozen portion by defrosting biscuit dough in the fridge overnight.  In the morning we rolled out dough and used a small fish cookie cutter to cut out some bite-sized 'fishy' biscuits, adding one smartie to each fish for a special treat.

LTL also used a portion of biscuit dough for Christmas biscuits using various Christmas cookie cutters and smarties and by mixing Hoppers Rainbow Sprinkles through the dough.

Method:Mix, bake, freeze, enjoy!
