Recipe Information:

1 cup organic Peanut Butter (or other Nut Butter or Sunflower Seed Spread)

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 tablespoons Cacao Powder

1 Free Range/Organic Egg

Method:• Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius (fan forced oven).
• Line a biscuit tray with baking paper.
• Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
• Roll mixture into balls using either  a teaspoon or tablespoon.
• Flatten balls with a fork.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes – be careful not to burn (smaller biscuits take 10 minutes and bigger sizes will need a little longer. They will go slightly brown and that is when they are ready).
• Cool on wire rack.
