Lift the lid on an old favourite - cornflake biscuits!

What do you add to yours? These are fresh out of the oven. Here's my beautiful Mum's recipe...tweaked a little. Thanks Mum!

Recipe Information:125gm Nuttelex butter

½ cup brown sugar
1 egg

1 cup organic cranberries or sultanas

¼ cup dark choc chips or cacao nibs

1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup cornflakes

Method:• Oven 180 degrees (fan forced)
• Mix butter, sugar and egg together

• Fold in flour, cranberries/sultanas, choc chips/cacao nibs and then cornflakes

• Add spoonfuls to a lined tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
• Cool on wire rack.
