LTL Cacao Cake


Recipe Information:


1 cup Self Raising Flour (or substitute flour of choice)
¼ cup Organic Cacao Powder
¾ cup Organic Coconut Sugar
½ cup Milk
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon Vanilla
120 grams Butter, softened (or substitute coconut oil)



• Combine sifted flour and cacao with all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
• Mix well.
• Pour mixture into a prepared cake tin.
• Bake in moderate oven 180 degrees (fan forced) for 45 minutes or until cake is cooked when tested.
• Once cake completely cooled, add topping of choice. Pictured here is cacao icing and Hoppers Natural Sprinkles.
