MINI PIZZAS

MINI PIZZAS

Recipe Information:

 

Pizza Base – (nut free & egg free) from bakery or supermarket. LTL used Della Rosa Fresh Pizza Base with olive oil – pack of 2 from Woolworths Supermarket.

TOPPING 1:

2 tbspn tomato paste

1 tbspn tomato sauce

Sprinkle of Italian herbs

1 piece of bacon – finely diced

TOPPING 2:

Fresh pesto (Warning: Contains Nuts) LTL used Roza’s Pesto Sauce

1 olive – deseeded and sliced (for eye – optional)

Cheese


Method:

 

· Cut pizza base into desired shape using sandwich/cookie cutter

· Top bases with either pesto and cheese or mix tomato paste, tomato sauce and herbs together, spread over base and top with diced bacon and cheese

· Add slice of olive for eye

· Oven 180 degrees celsius

· Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melted and golden.
