Recipe Information:
250g butter, room temperature
½ cup caster sugar
½ can sweetened condensed milk
2 ½ cups self-raising flour
85g dried organic cranberries
60g dark choc chips or cacao nibs




  • Oven 180 degrees celsius
  • Beat butter and sugar until pale
  • Add condensed milk and sifted flour. Stir to combine
  • Stir in craisins and chocolate

TIP: at this stage you can freeze half the mixture for baking at another time. Divide mixture in half and wrap.

  • Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and flatten slightly
  • Bake on lined trays for 8-10 minutes or until golden
  • Set aside on tray for 3 minutes to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
  • Repeat with remaining biscuit mixture

Once cooked these biscuits are suitable to freeze as well.  This recipe makes approximately 36 biscuits.
