PLAIN BISCUIT

PLAIN BISCUIT

Cooking time: 10-15 mins
(Nut free and egg free)


Recipe Information:

 

1 1/4 cup self-raising flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

125g butter (softened)

1 tablespoon golden syrup


Method:

 

  • Sift flour and mix in all remaining ingredients
  • Shape spoonfuls into small rounds and place on a lined baking tray
  • Lightly press down on each round with a cookie cutter shape, pattern or letter (LTL used the letter P) or simply use a fork to flatten
  • Oven 180 degrees celsius and bake biscuits for 10-15 minutes until golden
  • Cool on wire rack.
