Recipe Information:


½ cup dates

½ cup sultanas (or dried figs, dried apricots)

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pepita seeds

3-4 heaped dessertspoons Eskal Free Nut Butter - Smooth (made with Sunflower seeds)

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup quinoa flakes

½ cup natural desiccated coconut

½ cup ground linseed (optional)

¼ cup cacao nibs or dark choc chips (optional)

2 dessertspoons maple syrup or honey




  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until chopped and starts to come together
  • Place chopped mixture into a mixing bowl      
  • Roll into bite-sized balls - optional - roll in natural desiccated coconut.

TIP: Energy balls are suitable to freeze.
