LTL FRUIT JELLY

Description:
LTL FRUIT JELLY
Prep: 10 mins
Cooking time: NA - refrigerate jellies overnight
(Nut free and egg free)


Recipe Information:

 

1 packet of jelly crystals
Various seasonal fresh fruit – LTL used green grapes (cut in half), diced pear and diced banana


Method:

       
  1. Make jelly as per packet instructions
  2. Chop fruit
  3. Place a little of each fruit in a number of small containers. (LTL used 12 Decor brand small salad dressing containers with lids which created the perfect serving size jellies for lunchboxes and the lids reduced any spills. Half fill each container with a mix of fruit.)
  4. Pour over jelly mixture and set in fridge for at least 4 hours.

For Squeezie Jellies - dice fruit very fine and mix with jelly miture and pour into any eco friendly reusable pouch. Lift the lid loves Pouched pouches.
